For their residency at the Shepherd, Fiber Club* has commissioned three new works by Detroit-based fiber artists Camille Ann Brewer, Rachael Cox, and Cal Navin. The pieces are inspired by the themes explored in Warp and Weft: Technologies within Textiles, an exhibition curated by Allison Glenn.
Join us on May 3rd, 2025, for a closing dialogue and artist talk featuring the three finalists in conversation with Allison Glenn and Katie Pfohl. Together, they will discuss the artists’ work and the overarching themes of Warp and Weft: Technologies within Textiles. Doors open at 10:30 AM, and the talk begins promptly at 11 AM.
