Bog & Thunder welcomes Chef Kevin Burke of Library Street to ALEO for two nights only.

After opening Library Street in Dublin in 2021, Kevin quickly earned one of the cityโ€™s most sought-after reservations. His cooking is thoughtful, ingredient-driven, and quietly inventive. Expect a menu designed for sharing, with dishes that invite conversation as much as they showcase technique.
