Save the date! ✨ On August 15 at 10:30 AM, join us at the Shepherd for a soundbath led by Randiah Green, in conjunction with Mickalene Thomas’s exhibition.
Settle into stillness during this nourishing soundbath. This experience will include crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, ocean drums, and other instruments to give you a space to rest and focus on being instead of doing.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported.
